There's a bug that's resetting class ranks back to rank 1. It happened to my Dragon Slayer and Beta berserker classes. Here's proof of my ranks before the bug. Now the two classes I mentioned are back at rank 1. This bug also happened to my alt's leprechaun, but it went down to its previous rank despite my having saved it properly before.
Note: I did NOT sell and buy back either DS or BB. I'm very annoyed because Dragon Slayer took a lot of time for me to train, and now my efforts are thrown away like that due to a bug.
Edit: My alt's leprechaun went back to its rank before the bug. (It was rank 4 prior to this mess.)

This sounds like a pretty bad bug. On the level of the one in which items like star sword and alpha pirate were permanently lost, even.
You've filled out a bug report on the AE forums, right? Maybe if you explain the situation and give them that screenshot they'll restore your class ranks.

Oh i hate that bug, My friend has gotten his AP ranked to 1 three times now!

Well, there are a few problems which might cause AE to not fix it. Number one, they may think you edited your screenie, that is the worst problem. Number two, there is also the possibility they may think you sold it and re-bought it, although I am sure you didn't.
Now solutions... submitting it was a good thing to do, also for a quicker solution come in contact with a mod ingame, like Artix and talk to him. You may want to get numerous other people to submit the same problem, because the re-occurrence would help them know that you are not trying to trick them into giving you rank 10.

I wouldn't mind this bug... It would give me a reason to sell my armors. xD Once I come back in the summer .__.
No matter what way you travel you must move forward into the gleaming tomorrow never looking back on what could have been so just go eyes wide open into a newer brighter tomorrow and just remember when you fall I'll be there to help you back up and whenever the road gets rocky that you'll have a friend by your side to keep you company and help you along.

I can't come in contact with a mod ingame because I don't know which unsubscribed server a mod will most likely go on. But a few of my friends have lost their main classes and had them reset to rank 1. Like Blezzo, he lost his AP and was forced to re-rank it. Another friend, a warrior, had his class destroyed by the bug.

I've heard of the bug, however I haven't yet experienced it. I'll probably make a bunch of alts later, give them a few ranked classes and do a few tests.

It appears to strike at random. Could it be possible that very low-level characters with rank 10 classes have a bug related to the class-loss one?

Uh, yeah, thanks Toki. I'm busy ranking Dragon Slayer back up, since AE seems to doubt the veracity of my screenie and I haven't got a good way to tell them that bug is a nuisance.
