The sprite looks average quality, did Ice save it as a png?

I save everything as .png ._. not sure why it turned out like that.

Did you amp up the size? If someone did that's probably the problem.

Any suggestions on improving the quality? (BTW, I just saved it as Ice did when he PM'd me with the results... So... I'm not sure what the problem is.)

Yes I amped up the size, I find that it helps when you put it in the avi. It looks bad as just a sprite, but when you place it on a layer for the avi, it comes out a lot smaller than the sprite and with better quality. So it looks bad now, but it should look okay when placed in avi.
