Multiple TRCons, yay or nay?

For people living in europe, the Con is quite late at night.
I was thinking maybe have a second mini-con for people that can't do the first one.
We'd have to select someone organized to do it.
Pros:
People in different timezones can compete.
People in different timezones will find it easier to earn points.
Cons:
It might split up the numbers of the main one.
It'd mean more work for staff.

Not a bad idea. Although there would be some extra time needed to be put in by staff members to secure the meet...Although most people don't live in Europe and many people do get to the 7pm meet. I think me might have to string along some time zones into this thread and see who is busy and who is'nt ect. Please post your Country's time compared to the server time to see who and which Mods can make it?
So for example: When it is 7pm sever time it is 12pm English time...

Well, on saturdays, I can be on both early and late most of the time. If we can figure out the time that would suit the group of TRMembers that aren't in America and find a few TRMods who could be there regularly, I think this could work.

I love the idea, as the con is on at Sunday 1pm for me, and I am always out then.

I don't think this would be the best idea unless we get more mods from other timezones then EST, I know we have kaotic but still it won't be possible.

Hmmmm I'm going to make a Moderator signup forum for any Moderator that would like to maintaining an early TRcon.

Definitely. In CST, I am eating dinner when the cons start. Another option time-wise would be nice. Heck, I could even run/help run it if you want. I know I'm not a mod, but I am a great volunteer! Who says mods have to run them?

its 1 in the mornin' for me when the con starts. Still I attend to get into the fashion contest. Anyway, I suggest keeping it at one con, but instead of 19:00 saturdays, we could go for 13:00 or 14:00 sundays. A time zone difference of up to 7 or 8 hours wouldn't matter that much in that case.

DC, I don't really want to go to a con at 12 or 1, I'm eating lunch then, which was the same problem with the other time, except dinner. Thats why we need multiple cons.

you eat lunch for an entire hour....wow, I just make myself some toast with ham and salad and tomatoes (SANDVICH) and take it with me to the computer xD
