An RP about Randomness

'Come back Kai! Kaiiii!' yelled Vamp as he took his fish from Rose. 'Umm... Vamp? You survived? And isn't that a different fish, too?' 'Yes, it is! And I did, earthling girl! You see, I have three alivefish that can live on land, cool, eh?' Vamp showed rose his 3 fish, the flying one which now appeared to have a large sharp nose, and was probably a sword fish. The second one looked like a pink Koi and had thin tentacles that is snapped loudly when happy. It also seemed fast with it's tentacles as he had eight. The third one, which was Vamp's favourite, was a black fish with red dots that seemed to glow, he just seemed to be able to get around by just floating.
Vamp proudly displayed them, and said 'The pink one is Telulah, the swordfish is Kai and the evil one is Jeff!'

'Hmm... Interesting, Vamp. So your coming with?' Said Rose, at the point that she was so confused and strangely amazed that she was wobbling a bit.
'Yes, I defiantly am!' said vamp, as he strapped his robot around his solider and went in the hole with Rose. The hole was actually quit large, and it seemed to be a whole valley down there. It was quite dark, but in the distance they could see a cluster of bright lights. 'Ah, of course!' Said Vamp. He grabbed Rose's hand and leaped accross a couple of rocks, and they continued on getting closer and closer to the lights.

It was starting to become morning when they reached the lights. Turns out, the lights were simply the lights refracting from the polar caps of the mountains in the distance.

Realizing they couldn't go on for a while, Vamp suggested that they make camp at a small embankment near a pond. It seemed as though he knew that he was going on a long journey, because Vamp came prepared with the necessary camping tools. Rose decided to make herself useful and went out to gather firewood, while Vamp was pitching the tent. It wasn't until she was deep into the woods until she couldn't here him play his harmonica anymore...

*moments later*

"What was that?!?"

Rose felt the woods close in around her. All around, the branches and the trees seemed to whisper to her, rattling and whistling their tunes of discord. She could have sworn that she heard a rustling in the brush, but that was just her imagination, right?

"I gotta find a way back... where was that path I took earlier?"

From the bush, a scratchy voice murmured in a low voice.
"Why not try the Norggpa trail on your left?"

Rose barely held her composure. "Who...who are you?"

"Many names have passed me by... sometimes I remember them... sometimes I do not. For the sake of confusion, call me what you see fit...", said the being behind the bush.

Rose pursed her lips. "WELL, even if I wanted to name you, how could I if you're hiding behind a bush?"

"Very well."

It was at that point that she was overcome by the vile smell death. At first, nothing happened. Then, out of the bushes, a torn boot appeared. Flashing from the side, a gray claymore whipped straight into the ground, pushing away leaves and foliage while punching a hole into the ground.

"No... oh god no..."

The figure began to rise, like the moon would on a twilit night. But any romantic feeling that would have brought would face its opposite tonight, because the voice was the corporeal manifestation of a monster.

She stared at the figure before her. His hands were covered with rough leather, and portions of his shirt were missing. His pants, what once might have been a noble's attire, was now a ghastly image of its former self. Tarnished and now unrecognizable, a normal man would be ashamed to even dress himself in such rags.

That's when she noticed the gruesome truth of the person before her; he, or it, wasn't a person at all. Not anymore, anyways. Under the cowl that was protected by nights shroud, she found only the skull of a human starring back at her.

He tried to smile at her with his toothy grin, softening his image.

But Rose couldn't help but name him anyways.

"Zombie..."
