The use of not using alpha to selection before you blurred the background makes a patch of transparency inside the black border. (It is most visible on the very left) The transfer between the fall background and the summer background is too abrupt throwing off flow and pulling attention away from the two focals. I hate two or more focals in a signature. Put them on the same side or something... Your eyes are drawn to the focal and when there is two your eyes flit back and forth, eventually settling in the middle. Suddenly you realize there is nothing in the middle and you're like, "Oh, this is boring." For the text loose the drop shadow keep it one colour and shrink it slightly.

Considering my harsh constructive criticism the effects are pretty well executed and I will give you that. 7/10
