People You Look Up To

Name some people that you look up to or admire. It can be someone famous, a family member, a best friend, or anyone else. You can list some reasons why if you wany.

My Pa, my dad, Drew Brees, and my friend Jason Brown(you of course dont know him lol).

My mother, who managed to fulfill the american dream right here in austria. Armed with merely a small dictionary and basic education - from cleaning houses to leading a 5 star hotel. From eating a small can of rice per day, to being able to afford a four course meal every day. No support from her family btw, they cast her out because she refused to stay conservative, vote nationalistic etc. which is why she left the country. Not much of a childhood, but having the willpower to go on until your dreams are fulfilled, thats something we should all try to obtain.

Then there's Gandhi for obvious reasons.

Adam Bohn, becuase he's a nice person, doesn't cuss, and hasn't hit anyone with his car.

I wrote an essay on that in 6th grade. Then my mom mailed the essay to him....

I also love Anthony Rapp. He's awesome, and he is um, a Broadway singer. He played Mark in Rent, btw. His brother is a writer.

It's so odd becuase their so different. It was so creepy when they were both in Tokyo at the same time. o_O

Lol, Winnie, have I told you that I read a newspaper article about Adam Rapp pretty recently?

Anyhoo, I really look up to my dad. He's a naval officer, and in his spare time he makes amazing things happen. For instance, if any of you know about the Weasleys' clock in Harry Potter (instead of telling time, it tells you where the family members are), my dad's actually made one. It's hanging on our living room wall right now. He also builds computers and taught me everything I know about how to use and fix them. :)

I also look up to one of my friends, and I get the impression that my parents look up to her too... at least, that's how I interpret their referring to her as "Saint." She's incredibly smart, and incredibly organized, and incredibly funny about it. Maybe all this sounds small, but I'm in awe of the stuff she can do.

There are others, but I think I'll leave it at that...

My fine arts teachers. All of them are so motivated and passionate about what they do. I hope to be like them.

Claudio Sanchez, the lead singer of Coheed and Cambria. He has two bands, and amazing voice, tons of talent on the guitar, and he owns his own comic company(evil ink) and produces his own comic series. Just another person like me who is extremely involved in many forms of art.

All of the TR Artists. Each one brings something different to the site, and I just love to see their imaginations in action.

Juli for her writing, of course. She's what made me want to start writing again. ^^

Vamp for his leadership skills. I've learned so much on how to manage people through him.
