Yeah they do, because they leave their bags at the bottom of the trolley underneath the groceries and they don't tell me. It also reduces my scan rate because I have to stop to set the reusable bags up for packing.

Sometimes i am just plain rude to the other rude asses and purposely get too close behind them with the kart and threaten to push forward if they just there. Sometimes when nobody is in front of me i lift my kart on its back wheels and drop it just so the rude person that left can hear how frustrated i am. xD

Edit: Want to make a custom cart with some kind of chomper on the front threatening to eat people if they don't get out of the way. Maybe have it spew out a little flame for effect.
