First-Come-First-Serve Policy.

Hey Everyone!
Due to our overflowing activity during the weekly meets, its come to mind that we need to have a set policy when it comes to who gets to participate in the con.
Its a circling debate: Should experienced/Older Members always get in? But if that was true, new members would never be able to experience a weekly meet.
Therefor: Until Houses/Roomcaps get optimized I'm making a first-come-first serve policy.
This means if you want to get in the con, its a good idea to get there early so you have a guaranteed spot. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience for anyone, and we know its unfair for people who have different timezones. But until we come up with a solution, wether it being multiple rooms, different dates, or more then one Con every week, this will be our policy. If your a mod, please get there early!
As an additional note, last week, TR Clan's house filled up to a good 7 people since Hachiko-6114 was completely full. If theres a good group of people at /house TR Clan, I might send a room mod from Hachiko over there to do a few contests.

alright, it makes sense... maybe you could have a yulgar-6114 con room, hachiko-6114 room and the /house tr clan if it gets so full

Thats the plan, Graarg. The hierarchy is like this:
Hachiko-6114 > /house TR Clan > Yulgar-6114 > Hachiko-6114 on a different server (Hopefully it won't come to that, though. :P)

That would really depend on the circumstances and would be decided by the Moderator. For example, it wouldn't be fair to award 5,000 Points to the winner of fashion if only 3 people would be competing.
