This perplexes me. I came two whole hours early one time and there was someone already there. And what happens when someones browser crashes? Then the next person to take there spot doesn't want to give up there spot. And I think too many of the points come from the Con. I say we come up with some more point related things on the forums or move some of the stuff from the Con to the forums. The gameshow could easily held at the chatbox, where everyone could come.

Again, I don't want to make requirements for people to attend.

If someone really has the time to be 2 Hours early I suppose they can, but members should still be able to get in 20-10 minutes early.

As far as browser crashes, I don't know what to say. We have a few members that have bad connections but for the most part users can make it through the whole con. I'll look into the forum contests, but for now this is the only way we can do it thats fairest for everyone.

I'm a little confused. So lets say 15 people are in one room, and only 1 is outside, trying to get in. Would that one person be able to compete? Or would he/she be left out of it for being one person late :/
Maybe in this occurence we could split the rooms 8 and 8, and have a mod at each room.

I think also non-mods could run some areas if we are short on them. Lots of people that aren't mods want to take a leadership role.

I hate to say it, but splitting rooms never works. People don't like to be divided, people start gotoing, and then you start getting really uneven numbers.
If its only one person trying to get in, I'm afraid they're out of luck.

If we're short on mods and have a potential of another party room, then I would nominate a trusted member, yes.

shame, I won't be attending then. Its hard to get on at night as it is, but this way it makes it sheer impossible. No, I am not angry or disappointed (before someone thinks I do), it was the logical thing to do. HF,GL,BBQ
