Weapons: Charon adapts well to all forms of weaponry, but his instruments of choice are his Twilight Edge and his Scion powers of darkness.
Personality: Charon is generally calm and collected. He is friendly to those he trusts and ruthless with his enemies.
Backstory: The sole child of the Altai family, Charon was born into royalty. His parents were the king and queen of the grand kingdom of Calidan, the reigning power over the continent of Halidar, until they were assassinated. After they were killed, Atheros and Dianera Delimar ascended to the throne. Charon had managed to escape, even though he was just a child. He was found by a man named Iden, who is killed by him. He eventually discovers that he is the powerful son of the Great Being of Shadow, and thus one of the eight elemental scions that will either save the world or destroy it. Charon develops a great hate for the Delimar family due to his belief that they are the ones who hired the assassin that killed his parents. He founds the kingdom of Altai to oppose the Delimars, and it soon becomes extremely powerful. His enemies call him Charon the Shadow due to his ability to change himself into a living shadow.

Personality: Kaien is tough and usually very aloof, but he does have a gentle side, which he shows to a select group of people, specifically Charon(his savior) and Athunen(his love interest).
Backstory: Kaien was born in the ancient civilation of Illestria a long time ago. It was a very backwards place where advanced technology was abundant, yet morals were not. Run by the dictator Fectuaux Folel, Illestria still supported activities such as those found in Roman colosseums. Due to Kaien's numerous crimes, he was forced to be a gladiator, where he became very popular. During one battle, his arm was severed by his opponent. It was stiched back up, but only half of the bicep was saved. He knew that they would have no use for a one armed gladiator, so he literally single-handedly crafted a mechanical arm and fused it to his body. After doing so, he discovered his Scion powers of energy and technomancy. He is able to escape from his prison with his newfound abilities, and was found by Charon, who had used The Device to travel to Kaien's time to find him. He is ever grateful to Charon for saving him from his time and becomes very good friends with him.

Personality: Charade actually has two personalities: a rebellious teenager side and a vigilante side, which he calls Charade.
Backstory: Charade emerged from a teenager who was angry at the oppressive monarchy that ruled over the land in which he lived. He was nearly insane when he became Charade, so his primary personality ended up finding out about Charade due to his carelessness. He embraced Charade because he stood for everything he believed in. It got to the point to where he could almost alter his mindset into Charade at will.
