Anyway, i guess I just became the design lead for the unofficial TR trading cards. =O

Bad for me, I can't do any of that! If it involves GIMP.. maybe i'll be able to install it on my basement computer, my aunt that she put here... Photoshop costs too much currently, hope I can get a real version soon... Well, i'm gonna experiment and modify some AQW monsters.. like, alot, and try making a card with that.

The endges are rough.. I can make twilly with add ons, but the part on getting it to the card is hard for me...

Sorry, but it just doesn't go. First of all we are not having monsters, 2nd you used completely wrong fonts, 3rd, no offense, but the quality of that picture isn't that good, and 4th, you didn't put any transperancy on that picture.

Anyway, I finished the Flawsie card. As you probably haven't figured out, i'm up to the people I don't already have a sprite of. That's why I'd like help. ^^ Still eager to see Shadow's work though.

Well try making one using my template, with a basic description of that person, plus a few guidelines I put on a few previous posts.

Member name is size 36 Black Chancery. (Colour depends on TR Rank, admins red, mods gold, and art village mods rich blue)
Description is size 10 Italic Times New Roman, centered. If you have room left, just use the transform tool to make it vertically larger, but not too much.

Make sure, for text quality, you change the type from none to sharp. (Found between the font size and alignment options)

A few tips:
* Make sure you save the transparency! (File --> Save For Web and Devices --> Save as 24 bit PNG, transparency box ticked) In order for this to work, your image must consist of 1 non background layer, made by selecting all layers and clicking merge layers. After that, you should have just 1 layer with a bit of transparentness on it.

* Deal in layers! Card base should be the top layer, your character pic should be the middle layer with the body/head showing through the hole, and the bottom layer should be that slightly lighter yellow that's in the background of the char portrait. Erase the bits sticking out of the side and merge layers.

After that, all you need to do is add the text as I described up last post, (no typos!), merge layers, save for web & devices and poof!

Noteable people are people who are active. It's not like you have to be on the top 20 posting list or anything. But you would have to be pretty noteable.

To be honest, I'd really like to see this implemented into TR, but even if it doesn't, it's still a good thing to keep my photoshop skills active. But if it does become a proper thing, I'm gonna need a bit of help speeding things up.
