We would have to monitor the posts for each month, which would mean going through all 800 or so accounts, checking how many posts, and then recording that.

Yet you think its a good idea to cause anger and aggression by taking away hard earned points because somebody is unable to come to Cons or come Online every single day, possibly because of thier time zone's or personal reasons.

There is something in a members statistics, how many posts they have. I don't really get what everyones' saying, but you could at the begining of the time, look at thier posts, write it down, and look at them again at the end of the time.

We already get points for each post we make, what is the point of having your number of posts counted up and having points given to you based on the number of posts you got that month. It's just a revised version of what we already have but a lot stupider and less sophisticated.

Sorry, that was mostly pointed at Cial. What I'm saying is that there is not much of a point to redo a system that is already currently in place.

Hardly being redone, more like added to. Plus, what's the harm in giving people more opportunities to earn more points?

As I was saying, that was directed to what Cial was saying about adding up the posts for every month, we already get points for each post (about 10) so it really isn't much of a change.

They are different amount of points for the different sections/threads posted in, which would be very hard to monitor.

Shoult there be a monthly census?
