Hayoa Miyazaki Movies

Post by Icey on Tue Feb 23, 2010 8:16 am

Hayoa Miyazaki is one of the best(in my opinion) animaters of all time. He created some of the best movies that Ive seen. Some of his movies are Howl's moving castle, castle in the sky, spirited away, Princess Mononoke, and much more. :D You can discuss his movies here. :D

OMG I was just looking at a wikipedia on Princess Mononoke! God Ice, why are we so similar?

I have seen Spirited Away, which I enjoyed very much, and I recently saw Princess Mononoke.

Princess Mononoke may be one of my all time favorites. The only thing I didn't like was the ending for San. It also had its funny parts, such as when he is trying to fend off the samurais, and shoots an arrow that takes off the guy's arms, and another arrow that knocks off a guy's head.

Spirited Away was good for me because it just had such a great story. Little girl is trapped in Spirit World, and doesn't know what is coming to her, and finds her way through to save her parents and herself.

I watched Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle ages ago, but now I kinda want to see them again... I'll have to see about buying them somewhere. Along with Princess Mononoke, which sounds like a good one.
