Factions

You all know 'em, the factions of AQW;
* Good
* Evil
* Dwarfhold
* Yokai
* Vampire
* Lycan

Well, this is where you discuss them, what your thought are, and stuff like that. Are they easy to rep? Do you like them? Do they drag on? Is it worth it?
With me, I'm rank 10 good, got that with Toki and pmk the first day it came out. Pretty good stuff there. ;)
Evil, I'm rank 9, getting about 10k rep a day form the dailies, I'll be 10 in no time. None of that stuff is particularly my style, but ya never know. ;)
Yokai, I'm 10 - pretty easy with the Odokuro quest.
Dwarfhold, I'm 6, but I've long since given up on it. The only thing that actually kept me motivated was the axe that reminded me of Artix's... somehow.
Vampire, I'm 4 - it took a while, and in fact, it's even slower than dwarfhold repping. But I don't know, I just seem more motivated for it - somehow. I visualise better stuff in the future.
Lycan, I'm 6, After hours of farming on PTR.

So what are your thoughts?

I have Evil 10, and Good 9, but I collect rares, so reputation items don't cut* it in mah book.

I can't be bothered doing dwarfhold anymore, and I'm waiting for better quests/items to come out for Vampire.

I don't really like how tedious it is to reputation farm, but I will do it because I like how tidy the neat column of rank 10 factions look. Also, the display of dedication is a motivating factor too.

So funny how I find no one farming in dwarfhold anymore. It needs better quests ._. But I'll be ranking vampire and werewolf all this weekend.

I don't have the motivation to farm reputation. If I see an item I want, I'll farm for it, but past that having rank 10 doesn't serve any purpose to me.

Dwarfhold: Rank 8
Good: Rank 10
Evil: Rank 10
Yokai: Rank 10
Vampire: Rank 6
Lycan: Rank 7

I'm still doing Dwarfhold's Mining Daily Quest.... That's pretty it for Dwarfhold, I'll be rank 10 in a year or so. (AE failed with Rep for Dwarfhold. >.>) Good was the easiest, it took me 3 days to finish. Evil took me about a couple of months because my laziness. Yokai was easy because of the Dailies and Odokuro quest. Vampire, I hope it will have better quests soon. Doing Lycan rep is a lot more simpler, and faster then Vampire for sure.

EDIT: Yay they have Safiria's last quest Vampire rep... =3

Looks like the Lycan faction was added! What do you think about it? Does it give you something new to do, or does it even somehow make AQW more boring in a roundabout sort of way?

I'm sure many people are in favor of the Lycan faction but the huge reputation reward for the boss fight makes repping for the lycans a lot more attractive than it is for the vampires :\ I'm also not very fond of the fact that players have no option about whether to rank Lycan - the final quest (in the storyline) gives you lycan reputation whether you want it or not. I liked the separation of the storyline quests and reputation quests for the vampires... why couldn't the lycans be the same? In my opinion, the lycans got the better end of the deal.
