I dislike the series personally. It was somewhat readable, until Edward... Ate the baby out of her uterus. I had to close the book then.

*Eye twitches* Good thing I didn't read any of the books.

I've only watched the movies out of curiosity to see what all the excitement was about. Let's just say I projectile vomited afterward.

I also hate all the people on AEF relying on "Twilight" as the sole reason to demean Vampires, yet the Vampires in AQW are neither sparkley nor faeries.

@ Evangel: Yeah, the constant (and I repeat: constant) references to Twilight in AEF irk me.

@ mrsebi: Hehe, I loved Steven King for that quote. May I divert your attention to the following video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zb72V_4N5ko. The ending is more enjoyable if you've seen Nuttymadam3575's video on - I quote: "UHMAZING BOOOOOOK" (Breaking Dawn. Apparently).

i watched , err, listened to the video. OMG IT WAS HILARIOUS!!! not sure if this is his exact words, Yes and Stepheny Meyers( i don't care how it is spelled, i hate her either way...) is a better writer than me because she has sold 40 million books, while i have only sold 350 million...

Though SM does show the world that you can write a poorly researched, own-canon-breaking novel and still be a bestseller. And it actually gets girls reading a lot more, even if all they'll really read after Twilight are books mostly about forbidden vampire/other supernatural being love.

Note to self: Buy 'Dracula' and give to one of my sisters on her birthday.

No, no, no--the baby was fine and wound up being very cute.

I am a minor Twilight fan--I like Stephenie Meyer's writing style (particularly her sense of humor), though I'm hardly a "Twihard" like half the girls I knew in eighth grade were.

Is Twilight good? If so movie or book
