So there.
I would tell you not to join UW/UR/TGL, but you can make those decisions for yourself. What I will tell you is that they're all conspiring to destroy TR, and also that any one of us might be a spy. Even me. Even Sticky! Especially Sticky. Constant vigilance, people. Trust no one.
I think I'll need someone else to register at TR so that we can conduct Espionage.
This will be tricky, but o well. My plan is that we recruit people from TR to UW and then a process will ignite where we transfer them to UR and TGL, thus shrinking TR and such. Then we create an alliance of AQW clans, guilds, clubs, and related groups (Such as UW) called Ultimatum. I think we might have some insiders on the job, with classified names, but anyway we need to take out competition to grow and we could benefit by absorbing TR members into UR.
So there.

And they didn't try this before?
We've always had Clans and Clubs try to mooch off us. As far as I can see, theres no one currently activated here that is a spy, or would commend enough respect to "shrink TR" in the first place. Registrations are already on Admin-Activation only, but I'll block new accounts for a few days for precaution.
Besides that, I really wouldn't worry about it. I wouldn't be afraid of Clans raiding us if they can't even get their own act together.

My opinion on this is, even if clans want to 'steal' our members, I don't think we should care too much, as they are probably only taking our members that are not loyal anyway. It's not like we have a problem with activity, so why should a few disloyal people matter?

This looks entertaining to say the least..xD ..getting all serious about clanning..though numbers doesn't equal better..for all the "registered members" we have only a few that are actually active most of the time but we make due with those few which is good considering the room limits in the game..xD...and like shadow mentioned..if they get some disloyal people well their not exactly getting anything good..xD who's to say they won't join something else after them?..and this is going to get worse once they put in that guild feature thing they promised in-game..
