Well, what helps you when you're sick? I've been drinking water, taking medicine and staring down pictures of chuck norris.

I've been taking a combo Tylenol/Iboprophen/Cold relief every morning, noon and nght for about 3 days now, My throat sill hurts like it was roundhouse kicked by Chuck Norris.

Lemon and honey drinks are good. I've found adding ginger helps a lot. Or pepper.

Puking and then resting is also a non-recommended solution. Just eat as soon as you get up, because you WILL be hungry, and if you don't eat, you will get another headache.
