How do u make an OOC thread?
I wanna know so I can play :-D

You make an OOC thread the same way you make a regular thread, by clicking the "New Topic" button. If you forget where that is, here is a diagram I have prepared.

If you wanted to know how OOC threads are written, there's no established format. Just provide information about your role-play's premise and setting in the thread and you should be good to go.

If the "New Topic" button is erroneously missing I will have someone take a look at that, since it should be accessible to you and if it no longer is it means someone has been messing with the settings I made for the RP forum. Probably someone in need of firing.
