Breakfast with Angels and Demons.

Growing bored of waiting so long, Scar began to pace the room. Freezing in his tracks, Scar felt the presence of the white robed woman disappear. At first worried that the woman had died, Scar began to feel sad. He had just met someone and they had died like all the rest.
Finishing his pacing, Scar began to see the shadows in the room congeal unto one point. Racing towards the middle, the darkness began to swirl and take the shape of a giant hole within space. As the swirling mass reached its climax, Scar noted two hands pull through.
“So, you are finally here?”
Within moments, the form of the angel from earlier appeared.
“Welcome to my humble realm. While you are here I advise you not to leave the main castle without two escorts.”
With a snap, two beings made up of only darkness appeared.
“Their names are John and Bob. If you ever have need of them call their names and they will appear.”
Staring back at the portal, he wondered why it hadn’t closed yet.
“By the way, what happened to that other woman?”
