Technological Ramifications

Random topic I decided to start. I'll give the long story, and then the short one.

Long:
So, in yulgar-9999 on Saf, someone blew Icey's, Erik's, Toy's, and my cover by saying were were in TR. And someone else asked what does TR mean.
I ended up suggesting we were a secret undercover government agency which stood for technological ramifications.
Some other people thought it was short for PTR. ._.

Short:
So if TR didn't mean what we all know it means, what would you have thought it means? :o
