Has TR been going downhill?

I've been noticing recently that TR's kinda gone downhill.
* The past month's worth of con's haven't been going all that well
* A large portion of TR Mods and Admins have been going inactive
(Proving the last 2 points, the last TR twitter announcement was a fortnight ago)
* And nothing else in general seems to be happening
So yeah. We need to liven this place up. Any ideas?

There needs to be an inbetween vote.

-Mods tend not to go, and the idea's are getting repetitive because they are created on the fly
Possible Solution: Have a poll on friday(when most are on) about who is coming and who is not. Have a MSN convo with people who are going to host, creating idea's.

I've noticed Shadow has been less and less around aswell as many mods stopped posting regularly.
Possible Solution: Give more people access to the TR twitter account that could update people.

I gotta agree with this...Theres nottin large going on anymore, sure the Zard of the Month is awesome, but its monthly. I have no solutions for this one.

General input upon clan activity ideas should be accepted, deletion of "Your amazing pictures!" thread to bring more posts to the rest of the gallery section, a return of the TR thread in the AEForums, a TR group on deviantart, youtube maybe, somebody who has a google account approve TR forums in the search thingie and dissaprove everybody else so whatever you you search no matter Tr will show up. (Just a little bit of promotion might help liven the place up.

Shadz, the bad news is that every mod and admin has access to the twitter account. We just don't make announcements very often.
Solutions...
Time changing of the cons, which is a work-in-progress right now.
Giving mods a bigger sense of being needed. (There are a lot of mods but that works against us because we think that everything will just be covered)
In the absence of mods, 1 or 2 loyal, senior members need to step up and take charge.

Mods only need to be replaced when we absolutely NEED them.
