So, Halo: Reach is coming out in... about 3 weeks. Who else is as excited for it as I am? I'm loving the current viral advertisement campaign going on on the aforementioned site. It's so imaginative.

Today's my birthday so I'm going to see if my mom is going to preorder it for me. I gave her options with all three versions (Standard, Limited, and Legendary) but all I'd want for is just the standard edition.

First thing I'm gonna do is play with my Spartan's look a little, play some Campaign then head into Forge. Not sure if I'll have Gold back by then.

They say Reach will be just as good as Combat Evolved. I sure hope they're right. I've yet to play a game as intense as the original Halo.

From what I've seen, it's a lot more intense and darker than Halo 3, I haven't actually played C.E., but from the looks of the environment from each game, they are both have pretty huge levels/ maps. Plus, the friendly A.I. is a lot more intelligent this time around, you know what that, means, right? Reliable A.I. driving! :D

P.S. If you dislike the game, then why bother posting in the topic? Just saying.

The Halo series is great. The games have never gotten old for me. I can't wait for Reach to come out. ~_~

I just hope Reach is better than ODST, which imo, was garbage. I remember the first Halo, such an awesome game. The beta was really fun though, so I think I'll like Reach a lot.

ODST is indeed garbage. I don't mind though, the expanded multiplayer is a decent plus, IMO.

I don't get why people think ODST was "garbage". The whole "it was overpriced for a expansion" argument is invalid since the campaign varies on how long you actually take to play through it. It took me 12 hours to play through the campaign on Normal the first time, solo. And the Firefight mode kept me up for hours into the morning (albeit, trying to get the achievement for Recon). Plus, the MP Disc provided me with a bunch new maps. :)

Well, today came and went and all I know I'm getting for my birthday is my Gold subscription back, for how long, I do not know. We're having the actual celebration this weekend with family. But, I am pretty confident that I'll be getting Reach.

If I don't, I will NOT be one happy 19-year old gamer.
