Transformers

So how about those transformers we depend on to change high voltage power to low voltage power? Very handy aren't they? But they aren't as awesome as giant sentient robots who have graced over screens and toy-boxes for the past 26 years.

So yeah discuss the Transformers franchise. Favourite Cybertronian? Favourite series? Thoughts on the movies? Interesting things you've come across? Other thoughts?

My favourite is Jazz followed by Arcee.
Prime
The movies were okay, though it did turn into "spot Megan Fox's clubbed thumb"/"count the number of times an Autobot goes for a Decepticon's face" game, and it did entertain my little brothers, judging by how engrossed my little brother was while watch ROTF today. Though I didn't like them

killing off Jazz in the first film. Though he is brought back in the manga adaptation.

I suggest looking at the Transformers wiki. With pages such as this, it's rather amusing.
Looking forward to Transformers: Prime and currently looking for the manga adaptation of ROTF.

Heh, Im like the only one in my group of friends that wanted to watch the movie (ROTF) FOR the robots, all the other guys just wanted to see Megan Fox in a bra... which as I recall was in the first 15 min =P
Nah but, I enjoyed the movies as much as I did the series when I was younger (seen the entire Beast Wars series), speciall any fight scene with Prime ^_^

I liked both Transformers movies... am I really in the minority because I liked the story? (And the humor... and the epic battle scenes... and the United States Navy, which my brother and I cheered for every time a warship appeared on screen...)

I think I now need to watch the 1986 Transformers film. Leonard Nimoy as Galvatron, Eric Idle as Wreck-Gar, and Orson Wells as Unicron... mainly for those three reasons.

Man, when I was young I watched it all day long.
Don't know what the name was back in the old days, but there were a lot of square autobots. :p
The two movies are awesome, the action keeps getting me watching it over and over again :D

I am not attracted to Megan Fox. Therefore, I did not go for her. MUAHAHAHA. I just like giant alien robots. They're a combination of two of my favorite things: Giant robots and aliens.

My sisters watched both films because of Shia LaBeouf. I watched them for the giant robots and maybe Josh Duhamel ;)
