I have it torrented, it's SO fun. I was lucky enough to get a snow map on my first go, which made it so much harder the first night.

Yeah it's sort of confusing. The first night you should build a workbench, make tools, mine coal (black spots in rocks) and make a little hole for you to hide in the first night. Remember that if you have torches, monsters wont spawn.

Step 1: Build TNT cannon.
Step 2: Load with TNT, get in minecart to launch.

Digdog, it's because the full version is so versatile. You show me another game where you can go mining to find a specific ore called Redstone dust, and then mine for iron ore, smelt the iron ore into iron bars, and use those two objects to make a compass?
