Alright, I'm assuming by that fact, you have the Founder's Armor, and the Beta Stuff. Here's the Build...

Strategy: Smoke -> Gun -> Strike -> MASSACRE. If they're still living by that time, just strike and gun them till you win. It's basically a STR Build. but this one is special. It's a High Dexterity build, which means you'll block more, and hit more, as dexterity differentiations determine Block Rates. Since your Dex will most likely be the higher, you will block more.

P.S: If you're willing to spend some varium to Get all 10 enhancements on Founder Armor and on the Beta Blades, that'd make it even better. Though, it's expensive. Like, 3400 Varium Expensive for 20 more stat points. Highly worth it though....

Strategy: This is more or less a 2v2 defensive build. It's basically a build where you "Support" your teammate by giving him shields, and having good defenses for your level. When the enemy tries to nerf you or your partner, you'll cover it by using your shields in order to cover them. Also, you have good focus damage, so you'll hit pretty nicely when attacking, provided they all aren't 5 focus Mercenaries. Assuming you won't be fighting level 32 varium players, you should be fine with who your matches are.

Note: Unfortunately, Non Varium Bounty Hunters are adismal and need sever help. This is the best I can do for you at the current state of Epicduel's skewed sense of Balance. Come back on friday, and I'll see what I can do for you then.
