I once screwed up my elbow so bad that the surgeons in the hospital took pictures and stuff so that how to fix what I did could be taught to in-training surgeons.

I was playing manhunt (a tag-like game for those of you that don't know) when I hopped a fence and landed badly in a rock garden. The tip of my elbow bone completely broke off, did a 180 then moved a bit up my arm.
