Ok so to much (not really) research I found the full report made by Dr.Hoover and an official article from the New York Times.

So this is not a made-up thing that was formulated for reddit.
I think it is quite interesting and intriguing. Revolutionary events usually are, aren't they? However the part about him making to similar false accusations of life in 2004 and 2007 don't really help with the excitement.
