#Winning

Post by Mrsebi on Fri Mar 11, 2011 11:58 pm

Yes, its a Charlie Sheen topic, related to all things Sheen, from his early work, to 2 and a half men, to his current state of #TigerBlood and #Winning.
Ok seriously, am I the only one that thinks this guy is screwed up? I mean really, he killed any chance for even being employed again for... basically no reason whatsoever? This guy is supposed to be in his mid forties, yet he acts like a twelve year old!

Take a look at this brain damage:

On the contrary, I think it's really funny and the guy knows exactly what he's doing. It might not be your cup of tea but it is comedy and it hits the target crowd.

He might never be starring on Two And A Half Men again, but maybe it was just a clever move because he wanted out of that thing while insanely gaining publicity at the same time. At which he obviously succeeded, everyone is talking about him and there's a large crowd who think it's awesome what he's pulling off.

You have to remember that he's an actor and comedian after all. He might be a jerk, but also a genius at what he's doing. I say he's been a troll all the time and this video is the proof. One genius publicity stunt. And you know the quote "All publicity is good publicity", right?

Did you visit the original page of that video?

Notice how the voting buttons that usually read "Funny" and "Die" have been replaced with "Winning" and "Winning"?

He may be crazy, but goddamn that made me laugh.

Can someone explain this whole #TigerBlood to me?

He's trying to get more publicity. The stupider stuff he does, the more he gets. He still going to get something done, even if Two and a Half Men fired him.

I think it was a bad career move, at most: now he can make 1-2 million a year. While that is still a fortune compared to most people, he used to make 1.8 million an EPISODE, it doesn't matter how much you like the role, when you are paid that much, you shut up and do it, besides: Charlie Harper was basically how he acts anyways?

Not necessarily Tom, they could bring in an actor to replace Sheen as his character (as utilised in 'Big Bad Beetleborgs' to replace one of the leads and soaps like 'Days of Our Lives') or bring in a new character to replace him (like in Spin City where Michael J Fox's character was replaced by one portrayed by Charlie Sheen).

I did like some of Sheen's earlier films; Platoon, Red Dawn and Hot Shots but I've never liked Two and a Half Men.

They can't replace him after 8 years. There would be riots. Well if Americans weren't so lazy there would be.

I LOVE SHEEN.

Also 2 and a half men was one of the worst comedy shows ever. I'm glad his genius isn't being wasted anymore.

If the producers can make it work, then it's a possibility. Then it's up to the viewers to decide whether or not they'll continue watching.

I'll admit that OH MY GOD I LOVE SHEEN. The thing that bugs me about publicity stunts like this is that it shows kids that doing drugs are cool. It's really not, and screws you up and makes you stupid. It would be nice if celebrities could be insane without doing drugs.

Sheen reminds me of Ron Burgundy. I like Ron Burgundy.
I hate almost all daytime sitcoms and comedies. Including 2 1/2 men.
I rarely care about celebrity issues or life problems. So I don't care about this either.

I would like to point out that he probably has so much money that he'll never need to work again.
