The one about Russia is only partly true. It's one of those things that isn't very enforced, and some people here haven't even heard of this. It's probably because the children here are well... Happy.

lolol they look cool. I may have to change my conquest from getting a Wolfdog to getting a Savannah. Wolfdogs are difficult to maintain :/
