Actually,guns make it harder sometimes. They might be inaccurate, they might be stuffed,they might be heavy, they might be Nerf... However,MECHS make killing WAAAY easier.

Guns are more than just tools that will neutralize a life. They are so much more, and possess so much more power than most of us will admit, or will even ever comprehend. A firearm carries with it more than just firepower. Possessing one brings with it a new mentality that is just as, if not more so, dangerous than the armament itself.

A hypothetical situation: A man who is used to being picked on purchases a gun. To complete the picture of a law-abiding average joe, we'll say that he has a permit to carry such a weapon. This man goes to a bar, and instead of taking the harassment he might normally take, he has a much higher confidence and is more aggressive to those around him; he knows that he has protection and has a sword of justice on his person.

The ability to end someone's life is usually not completely realized by someone who has it. However, if someone is perceptive enough to realize that he/she has this capability, their demeanor and every day actions will change dramatically. Without any assistance from something like a weapon, this realization is slow and most often does not happen. A firearm gives its owner the instant knowledge that they can end someone's life.

The mindset that you can end someone's life is much more dangerous than a firearm itself.

It is not a weapon that is dangerous in a man's hand; it is the knowledge that one can end another's life.

A gun is not nearly as dangerous as the invincibility complex it gives its possessor.
