Fire Emblem is a video game. I am told it is good.

Me and my cousins abused the stat gain determining system out of that game so much... To gain optimal stat gains per level up, you had to command your unit to travel to a particular square via a route with unit-to-unit directions. Something like 'one unit up, one unit left, one unit up,' and then you would kill the enemy unit, level up, and successfully gain whatever you wanted. As long as you calculated the stat gains and possible level-ups, you basically could attain a perfect character.

Every single semi-decent character had maxed out stats by level 20 second promotion, except for a hero with 29/30 luck.

Joshua is an absolute monster, as well.

Needless to say, I played that game way too much.
