i just noticed when you dance with the tribal armor bear thing and the switch as taking off the bear thing armor and putting it back on and if you keep on doing that the bear turn into skulls i think if you dance you'll get a better idea...

^^ Not a glitch. The armor you're talking about has four different versions, each of them being accessed by repeatedly equipping and unequipping.
