I'll let Bertie give his reasons, but there were a couple of us there when he made the decision to "retire", and it's not a decision he made lightly. He certainly wasn't "removed", it was all his own choice, and for good reasons. Thanks for being there for the start of this Bert, it's the hardest part and the most work!

"Retire"...that makes it sound like he went off in the world to spend all his money on a big house and a couple cruises, maybe a nice car...Naw i would say laying off.
