No he wouldn't. The Bacon Orb is somewhere outside of our reality. Cysero may be a mage, but not even Warlic leaves our reality, so Cysero wouldn't either.

What is the best way to beat the boss at the end of the quest "Pachelbel's Cannon" in Popsprocket?

An Advanced/Evolved DragonLord is simply a different look for the original DL obtained by paying 40k to Lady Celestia.

There really is no "easy" way to beat the "Pachelbell's Cannon" boss, I had a really tough time doing it, but I would definetly use a class that can heal you over time, and something that can stun. I used evolved dragonlord. Also use a fire weapon, and make your dragon a fire element. Do not forget about party people, I would suggest you use Artix and Galanoth, because of Artix's special move, and Galanoth's powerful attacks

People still use NPCs in their parties? Wow I haven't done that in ages, are there any improvements on them?

I don't really use them. It seems a bit pointless, they cause lag, and I just equip my toddler dragon and go. Also, for the boss, I just tried 100 billzon times using DK. Not a good idea, but I was too lazy to go get my other armor then come back and redo the rest of the quest.
