On my 4a you have the big brass plug with 3 magnetic washers then the mesh just sits on top to catch the bits. Mike Redrose Group

I have 4 1/2” chrome wires with 165 tyres have had no problems with road holding or handling of the car in the last 15years, don’t know if they are cheaper not having as much material. Mike Redrose Group

TR Register Stand at BMC & Leyland Show Gaydon Museum. Three of us 2 Stoke & 1 Redrose had a lovely drive down to Gaydon to meet up with other TRs for an enjoyable day 21 in total. Lovely weather and lot of cars to look round. Mike Redrose Group
