Yesterday I was an exhibitor at the local Spring Show, in Laughton Sussex. There was a TR6 and five Stags but only one TR3A which was mine. The classic car section had some very old cars and a 1948 Austin ran out of fuel in the display ring. My car started and ran very well.
BUT there was a very unusual Morris Minor. The owner had made a very good quality job of the alterations. The front windscreen and bonnet were as normal with the interior, dash and two seats as normal. But he had welded another front the same on to the back of th car. So there were two of everything seats, windscreens dash etc. and two engines. There were four doors. The rear half had two additional red lights but looked the same as the front. The roof was very well finished and painted and there was an MOT according to other members. I will go back today , if there is no rain , and try and find the owner.
What can it be like to drive ??
