Is it possible to post a pdf, in particular a multi page PDF, both on the forum and in the for sale pages? If so, how ?

Hi

I've done it before by just attaching file, same as a photo. I can only do it via my laptop not on my iPad. Sorry but I don't know about multi pages.

Here is a multi page PDF.

Just add it as you would add a photo.

Add as you would a photo using TRR forum hosting, yes? Not using the photo icon on the toolbar, correct?

There are online tools for converting .pdf to .jpg, Austin. That's what I do, using my normal image hosting service (SmugMug) and links to the photos for display in a thread.

To add Photo's or .PDF's to a post:

Click on "More Reply Options"

Click on "Choose Files"

Select the file you wish to add, click on "open"

it will be added to "my media" & will appear at the bottom of the post showing "Done"

Click on "Add to Post"post-12009-0-73654000-1478628392_thumb.jpg

Add any other text you wish, then click on "Add Reply"

Job Done

Yes, you can post PDFs, including multi-page ones, on both the forum and for sale pages. But before you upload, make sure that the PDF size is not too large so that you don't have problems downloading and viewing it. To compress a PDF, you can use online services. Here's a useful article that explains how to do this: https://pdfguru.com/blog/how-to-compress-pdf . It talks about simple ways to reduce the file size.
