Chris Hale Posted March 25 Report Posted March 25 I have been using an Emovis Tag for years works really well, can be moved to any car https://www.emovis-tag.co.uk Quote
james christie Posted March 25 Report Posted March 25 Maybe I should add for clarity that the Ulys site and badge is part of Vinci Groupe, one of the concessionaires I mentioned above. I only used them, as being fairly local to me, it was convenient to get my badge from them soome years ago. There are others. BUT there is a whole industry out there acting as agents for the sale of these badges. Buyer beware! james Quote

BlueTR3A-5EKT Posted March 28 Report Posted March 28 How does this work with the ‘fluide’ roads where the tolls booths are gone and they read your number plate? you then need to pay online within a certain period of time. I’m thinking the A road out of Rouen towards Paris. Do you need to register multiple vehicle registrations against one ‘pass’ James? Is there an appeal system where you can challenge the rate charged, ie You are driving a classe one vehicle but get occasionally identified at classe two ? Quote
james christie Posted March 28 Report Posted March 28 Ah! I discovered this and the answer rather by chance - on the section of autoroute between Rouen and Deauville. If you have a badge on board it will seek it out. If you don't have a badge you pay online afterwards with your credit card - your car registration will have been recorded. Bit like the Thames bridges, non? james Quote
