Any body got any suggestions. PHIL Hi Phil although others will disagree I have found posting pics on the classifieds as nigh on impossible. I did achieve it but the following day I could not remember the labyrinth I went down to success. Those that own the site know it is appalling but do nothing. Roger Quote
phil Dean Posted June 29, 2025 Author Report Posted June 29, 2025 sorry Chris I don't understand your answer Quote
RogerH Posted June 29, 2025 Report Posted June 29, 2025 Hi Phil keep the pic size down to about 100Kb - but that is not the answer Quote

rcreweread Posted July 13, 2025 Report Posted July 13, 2025 Phil - I take photos with my iphone 7, and than email them to myself from the phone - when I press send on the phone, it asks me what size I want to send them so I choose the second smallest size ( in practice its not that small) and it then gets sent. I then download the resized photos from the email onto my download folder on my laptop. When I'm loading a Classified, there is a section down the ad for photos under " New Photo" and underneath the heading there is a box which says "Media Manager", click on this and it opens up a a dotted line box into which I drag and drop the photo file from my download folder on my laptop - you can repeat the process for up to 5 photos but not at the same time - you have to go to "add another photo" each time - doing it this way, I never seem to have problems over file size and I use the same drag and drop process when putting photos into forum posts. I'm a complete IT nerd so if I can do it, you should be able to - my phone is old and so is my laptop which runs windows 10 Hope this helps cheers Rich C-R Quote
