Moss Europe clearance sale

Hi all, 

I'm not sure if this is already common knowledge, but Moss has a number of Triumph items in its clearance sale - Ebay list is as follows :

though there seems to be a longer list on their website. I managed to grab a set of seat covers at 80% discount, though the other things I was interested in couldn't be shipped to Denmark 😑

There was a Mazda 5 speed gearbox kit for £800 when I first looked, but that seems to have been snaffled already.

Interesting to see how cheap a lot of stuff is, the Mazda conversion kit is still listed ATM.

Moss say it is a clearance sale but then say that some items are on back order.

Why order in parts when one is trying to get rid of stock !!!

Indeed! And if you order stuff that is on back order do you still get the price advertised?

I was in commerce for 42 years all over the world and have seen and heard many things. I have yet to understand the Moss commercial policy. Maybe I have got too old...

Yes, I have ordered in these circumstances in the past and the sale price was honoured when the item came back into stock.

I was told not in stock so it was taken off the bill 

must have sold them all

In the past you could leave it as a backorder, you are only charged (at the sale-price at the point of placing your order) once it comes back into stock.

So, if they reopen next year as Moss2026 limited will your order be honoured?

my crystal ball isn’t super-reliable, but I do know that they (Moss Europe prior to the merger) honoured the sale-price for an item I ordered and waited 9 months before it came back into stock.

From the Moss emails I and no doubt many have received. Stock is being centralised in Lincoln and from 1st August, fully despatched via the Rimmer Brothers site. Counter collections at other locations will be click and collect.
