Me too, also I could not access this forum on my mobile, that now resolved by changing the web address to trforums.com
I guess they are changing to new platform ?

Yes, I had to go to trforums as my saved link stopped working too.

I assume it is to do with the switch of website/platform also

Should be okay for you now, certainly is working for me by pressing on the main banner at the head of our forum page. Almost certainly just the bedding in of the new site.

The link from the banner isn't working for me, but typing tr-register.co.uk in the search bar brings up the new web site. Perhaps it will all settle down

Looks like the server is down.    Probably a 'sheep' thing

I was on the new site an hour ago, had to log in again and reset password. No big deal.

Even managed to fairly easily post an ad.😃

However  I note that the links don't work right now (19h00 gmt)

At the moment the new-look site is working if you just click on the link as usual.

The address code for the forums must have been changed.

I can get in via the main website or via google history   but not using the book mark that has worked since the forums came live yonks ago.

Using the link in the banner I just get this

Well it's all working OK for me on my laptop. The original forum bookmark is fine and the new main site works from the forum header as it should.   The forum bookmark on my phone works OK too.

That means the problems must be browser-related.   You could try clearing the cache and trying again.

(Your browser stores bits and pieces from sites you have visited in a "cache" so that re-loading is quicker if you go there again. If the site has changed though, the bits don't match and the browser gets confused. Clearing the junk from the cache can fix that so that normal service is resumed)

Hello Roger,

I had the same issue.

Now resolved by deleting the old link an pinning the new address to my toolbar, I hope my wording makes sense.

Cliff

That worked

I reset my password about half an hour ago, saved it, & got into the members area.
Now I can't login it says "incorrect credentials"

I will leave it a few days & see what happens.

The big question for me after 53 years membership is do I stump up  £72 at the end of the month just to have access privelege and the magazine for another year

I renewed my membership on July 1st at the new rate (bad timing for me or what).

5 months in and I've not seen much to justify the increase yet, but the new website and hopefully other improvements from the MT are on the way. Another 7 months before I have to decide again
