Thanks for posting this. Fantastic period footage from a bygone, much more relaxed era. What a time for Club racing. The compilers were masters of the understatement:-

“Practice on a damp track……” - complete with a service truck on the circuit at Riches corner pumping a huge pond of water away, while competing cars go round it! 
The Aston Martin DB2/4 had an interesting session with numerous spins at that corner. 
 

I note one of the TRs was entered by Derringtons, who I think were a Triumph preparation specialist at the time. The TR race was won by Sid Hurrel, another Triumph specialist. I’ve got one of his SAH rocker covers on my TR6 race car. 
 

The main “100” race has the famous, very quick, severely disabled Archie Scott Brown entered in a Jag C Type, though he doesn’t feature in the published placings. Famous as the lead Lister Works driver, he was killed at Spa in 1958. The race was won by Les Leston in a Cooper entered by Willment who became a prominent entrant of I think Cobras and even developed their own race chassis briefly, which I last saw racing about 3 years ago at the Donington Classic Festival. Leston later raced his own Lotus Elite extensively. The Elite registration number DAD 10 spelling out a then current Beatnick term “Dadio”, reflecting a “Hip” camaraderie as per  Lestons’ jazz musician background. Leston went on to run an aftermarket car accessory business as well. I had his seat bracket extensions and gear-lever extension for my 1961 Mini van, but they failed miserably to make it go any faster!!😉
