Jezzer Posted April 7 Report Posted April 7 Good afternoon lads. It’s so long since I have done this bit that I have forgotten how to, so it is probably a simple/stupid question for you all. I am trying to find TDC with cylinder 1 in the firing position so I can check that I have the distributor and metering unit in the right position. Should both valves be closed as it comes up to TDC or should it be one valve be closing as the other is opening at TDC? Thank you James Quote
charlie74 Posted April 7 Report Posted April 7 Both closed and if your distributor is oriented correctly the rotor should be pointing to approximately 7 o’clock. Quote
