Front suspension mountings

The os rear front top suspension mounting has cracked. Is there a reinforcing kit you can buy or is it a DIY job?

I think that Colin at CTM does them or at least used to.

Is this the bit you mean? Easy enough to fabricate some reinforcing plates.

But the OP was talking about the TOP front suspension mounting or fulcrum pin, top of the turret.  All very confusing!!

Thats the part, but I want to strengthen one in position rather than replace it. I have seen these from Rimmers, https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-RR1422RH  are they any good.

They are but not that easy to fit on a built car.

Kit of 3 plates per side or sold individually.     Kit is a TT 3259 number with L or R suffix to suit left or right as you sit in the car.    
They are Standard Triumph factory reinforcements for 139580 the bracket photographed earlier in this thread.   There is a factory drawing of where and how they fit somewhere   I can’t find it in my ‘tech notes and bulletins’ at present.

PS.  I’d buy the Moss ones as they don’t look rusty  unlike the Rimmmers ones linked to earlier.
