Graham-P Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 Does anyone recognise the hose laying across the brake master cylinder? Is it a fuel pump? Never seen a fuel set up like this! It’s a TR250 I’m trying to evaluate from pictures, not a good idea I know, but needs must. cheers Graham Quote
Ransomes256 Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 The valve is an anti run on valve which allows air into the inlet manifold to help prevent engine run on when keyed off. The valve closes when the ignition is powered on. Neil Quote
stuart Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 As stated thats a dump valve as theyve obviously had running on problems, FWIW a coupe of observations of the car, panel fit is poor and wipers obviously park on the wrong side, so never been changed from US issue. Stuart. Quote
Graham-P Posted April 16 Author Report Posted April 16 Thanks for the replies, didn’t realise it was a valve. I did notice that the drivers door was sticking out at the bottom and the bonnet gaps are uneven at the front. Quote
