Brands Britannia 100 years anniversary race weekend 

club displays and several TRs are out over the 2 days 

I am out with both the TR2 and TR 250 along with 4s and 6s so should be a good weekend weather permitting

For those planning to come here is a timetable of TR races

Sunday

  4cyl cars will be qualifying from 12.30 and 4 to 6 TRs will be at 5.55pm .There will be there will be a continental challenge races also which may attract TRs qual at 11.00 race at 2.35

Monday

4 cyl race will be at 10.15  and 4 to 6 TRs at 3.40 ,

continental GT races at 9.35 and 12.40.

continental races are the Dutch and German gt series which is mainly british cars MG/TR/MORGAN etc with grids made up by swinging 60s cars 

Be sure to pop to the paddock and find me as with 2 cars i could be busy

Had several laps of glory leading until the pit stops took there toll.

All this in front of 150 Triumphs in the display area

 

interestingly the green mini seen behind is Rob Roodhouse who used to be a hill climber in his 6 along with Francesca his daughter.

I won't mention much the TR 2 as i had a start line smash which ended at the begining

Hope it’s fixable. 
 

testament to the cars engineering and prep that yours and the other classics could race flat out for so long  without over heating in the hottest temps on records for a B/hol
