Inside Moss London now

Very sad, last time I was there those racks were full up with all sorts even new MGB bodyshells. Jeff Marks gave me a tour round the warehouse.

Jeff does not work for Moss.   He is still involved with the collectors and classic car industry, so his knowledge and skills are not lost.

Stuart,

Does Jeff still work for Moss?
Peter

Sadly no longer, they made him and all other Moss staff redundant when the move to Lincoln occurred.

Hi Folks,

not all the Moss employees were thown aside. One or two did make it to Lincolnshire.

Myself and Ian Brown had a visit to SNG Barratt last Tuesday to clarify some loose ends.

The overall feeling was that things are not as bad as we all think it is.
Basically  Rimmer will do what Rimmers did - they sell. that is it, no more
Moss sell and will entertain new projects etc
SNG Barratt - they are well into Jags etc but have the capacity for other bespoke projects.
They feel that they should be into TRiumphs (clearly they need things to do to keep busy).
They have some decent machine shop equipment and could lend their hand to almost anything.

Things may not be as bad as we were all believing.

Glad Jeff Marks is still in the game although not in Moss, their loss! Always helped me out over the years and miss his input. We both had the same health problems and we  both overcame  that. More strings to your elbow Jeff and who ever you are working for  they are lucky boys.

Regards Harry
