stuart Posted June 22 Report Posted June 22 Check that the correct dowel bolts have been used where the gearbox is bolted to the engine, they are at twenty to two (clock face) when viewed from behind. Stuart. Quote
Rob Salisbury Posted June 22 Report Posted June 22 Hi Gordon, How old is the clutch/how many miles?, ..... if it's gone from smooth operation to shuddering with no removal/replacement of the gearbox then it could be oil contamination of the clutch linings or simply them worn down to the rivets, .... time to pull the 'box and have a look.
