Notice of Forum service disruption
Following the decisions made at the TR Register Annual Members Meeting, administration of these forums will be transferred to John Morrison and his moderating team.
In order to provide unfettered access to all, the TR Register Car Club will hand all technical and moderating responsibility over to the new team, who will receive ownership of the forum on a new, dedicated server, allowing them the freedom to access and arrange the settings as needed. The TR Register Car Club will remain a sponsor of the new independent forum by funding the domain name, hosting and software fees in return for title sponsorship.
To effect these changes, the forum service will be significantly disrupted on 1st April 2025. The forum will be inoperative for several hours while the transfer takes place.
Following the transfer, the forum will be accessible via the new location at www.trforums.com
Your accounts will remain intact, but there may be a risk of some images or settings changing.
The transfer will also offer the opportunity to upgrade both the PHP version and the software to the latest versions of the IP Board, so there will be a number of new features and changes that will arrive when the transfer is complete.
Following the transfer, all technical enquiries relating to log-in, forum accounts, passwords, spam, moderation and other matters will need to be directed to John Morrison at moderators@tr-register.co.uk .
The TR Register office can no longer support users with queries following 1st April 2025.
